Put on weight, bloating

I've recently put on weight after trying out other brand for a week. The one I tried does not look anything like your pads. Could this be the reason that I keep feeling bloated? I asked the US seller where I bought it from but they did not tell me who made it. They only told me it has ginger. I am having trouble sleeping recently. Any help would be much appreciated. Jason
