Hello,
I have a question from a potential customer wanting to switch to our products. He read your lab analysis and was very surprised and concerned at the same time. He didn't know that he sold retox pad rather than detox. His supplier was supplying him MSDS.
"How to tell if the product has been contaminated with dangerous chemical like acetone, benzene, or toluene? Doesn't MSDS proof that the product is safe?"
