Hi Gina,
The Ion Water Purifier GOLD or the Forever Alkaline Water Stick NX-2 are the products for alkaline. The other products do not produce strong alkaline because their intended use is for showering. The optimal pH is 9.8 from the laboratory test. Please note that the result of the pH may vary depending on the location, water source, and sensitivity of the masurement device.
The symptoms of acne and red / yellow eyes may indicate allergies, germs presence, and problems to blood circulation. They can also indicate weaknesses of the liver or pancreas.
The following prescription will cure the above symptoms and PMS:
Daily dosage is two (2) pads per day every day.
