Hi Grant,
Excessive gas that results in propulsive movements can cause abnormal stool shapes. Also, abnormal stool shapes such as flat, narrow or thin stools are typical with IBS. It can also indicates intestinal obstructions, constipation or hemmoroids.
Prolong exposure to dangerous chemicals and more often chronic and sporadic stress can cause constipation. Stress and anxiety, even a minimal one, can suppress the gastrocolic reflex, a movement in gastrointestinal tract that precedes bowel movement. When this reflex is disturbed, it will become harder for the gastrointestinal tract to work properly. To eliminate stress and to remove toxins from exposure to the bad chemicals, we highly recommend administering The Supreme Gold Edition (TRMX-3). TRMX-3 is very effective to cleanse toxins such as heavy metals and has excellent analgesic (anti-pain), anti-inflammation, and anti-stress properties. These properties are very important for curing IBS to eliminate abdominal pain and infection.
To treat constipation directly, administering The Soothing Edition (Aqua Cool TUV) is highly recommended. The Aqua Cool TUV is the proven pad for the treatment of IBS. If your condition is severe, we recommend administering The ENHANCED Soothing Edition. The Enhanced version is the stronger version of the normal Soothing Edition. Please ensure that the daily dosage is followed.
The Blue Edition (FX-2) is prescribed to cure infection in gastrointestinal tract, which is a common infection in post-infectious IBS (IBS-PI).
We recommend the following weekly schedule to treat your condition:
Monday: AQUA COOL TUV and TRMX-3
Tuesday: FX-2 and TRMX-3
Wednesday: AQUA COOL TUV and TRMX-3
Thursday: FX-2 and TRMX-3
Friday: AQUA COOL TUV and TRMX-3
Saturday: FX-2 and TRMX-3
Sunday: AQUA COOL TUV and TRMX-3
Daily dosage is two (2) to four (4) pads per day every day.
Placement areas on the feet according to the reflexology chart at https://www.kenrico.com/kenrico_reflexology.html:
AQUA COOL TUV: Descending large intestine, duodenum, anus
TRMX-3: Brain stem / cerebellum / head, lymph glands
FX-2: Descending large intestine, duodenum, spleen
If you happen to have a sensitivity to certain foods, such as coffee, we recommend eliminating the food from your diet. Also, magnesium and minerals deficiencies are the number one cause for IBS. In case of magnesium deficiency, we highly recommend that you try the The Forever Alkaline Water Stick Purifier. Furthermore, if you have minerals deficiency, we highly recommend that you use The Ion Shower Head EX.
All the best,
KenricoCare
