recommendations for Lyme

What would you recommend for Lyme Disease and co-infections? Poor circulation, cold and numb hands, pins&needle-type-tinging radiating from neck down to hands. Night sweats. Ocular migraines, brain fog, lack of energy, sleeping too much.
