Reflex point for SUPREME GOLD TRMX-3

For the TRMX-3 (Supreme Gold Edition), the reflex point is brain stem/head which is on top the foot while lymph glands is at the end of the foot, so where should I put them, on top or bottom of the foot or alternate them with some days on top and some days at bottom?
