What do you recommend for the autoimmune disease hashimoto? I am presently taking 25 mg L-Thyroxin thyroid hormone (for underfunction). I have various pains (solar plexus, stomach area, right upper back, shoulder & down into hand)
Is there any point in using the pads directly on the thyroid or upper back pain area? What do you recommend? pad type, location, regimen?
