Hello Kenrico,

Thank you for the above-mentioned specific protocol.

Last night, I experienced both moderate leg cramps while on my 2nd day of the above-mentioned recommended protocol.
Please note that for quite sometime now, I have been taking 1tablet a day of Magnesium supplement .
Should I be concern that I am experiencing this leg cramps while following this specific protocol recommended by Kenrico?
Please advise.
