I just purchased the gold, green, and grapefruit edition pads for general detox. Is it okay if I just detox at night? Or is it more beneficial to do it night and day? Also, could you tell me a good schedule for rotating them?

Is it safe to use all 60 without a break?

Could you also provide a link to the reflexology chart?
