Schedule and usage

I am a 63 yr old female and have fibromyalgia and the problems that go with that, additionally I have low back pain, anemia and some abnormal heart functioning , I am obese, have insulin resistance (not diabetes yet), am hypothyroid, get kidney stones and often have proteinuria. Now am beginning to have symptoms of plantar fasciatis. Where do I start and what would my schecule be?
