You may have an improved metabolism and in return it helps you to attain better sleep quality in shorter period of time. Waking up energized in the morning is one of the characteristics of improved metabolism during sleeping. Faster metabolic rate is also connected with the easiness to maintain normal weight because our body burns calories faster.
