By looking at your blood test, we are 100% certain that it is adrenal insufficiency. Weakened adrenals is common in menopause when imbalances in the autonomic nervous systems, caused by the changes in the ovarian hormones, affects the function of the pituitary gland. As the pituitary controls the adrenal glands, they can cause false TSH reading and does not necessarily indicate any problems with your thyroid. Since you are going to see a specialist, we recommend that you ask the specialist for a pituitary scan.
Nutritional deficiencies can also cause adrenal insufficiency. It is not necessary to alter your diet or by eating less if you are administering The Diamond Hybrid Edition (DHE) continuously.
To improve your adrenal functions for 6 weeks, we recommend the following weekly schedule for you:
