Hi there,
Since you are using Enalapril, most likely that you are suffering from the Pulsatile type of tinnitus. The gold edition pads (TRMX-2) is the best pads to treat your condition.
Please apply the pads at the sole of your foot near the reflex points of your heart (not the ears) for 6-8 hours. You can use the TRMX-2 during daytime while doing activities and at night before bed.
