Re(2): TRMX-3 AND LEXIRIN PADS

Hello,
I have been using the suggested protocol since December 5 with great results so far. I do need clarification in reference to the application of the ZEO pads.
You indicate applying ZEO as follows: Spine, left knee / left leg, right knee / right leg, lower back.
I do not understand the left leg, right knee application. Does this mean I can apply the pads in either location? If so, do I apply the same meaning to the other applications suggested?
I am kind of confused here and appreciate your help.
Thanks
