Hi
I've used gold x2 a day for 1 month and then green x2 a day for 1 week. i take thyroxine tablets for hypthyroidism (Hashimoto's). how quickly is one likely to see an improvement(and therefore a reduction in the amount of thyroxine that needs to be taken)and what are the first changes that one will see?
