Hi Maria,
Body weight depends on factors such as bone density and muscles. Although fat and muscles have identical weight (1 lb of fat is the same as 1 lb of muscle), fat takes up four times the space of muscle tissue. Therefore, you should not focus on the weight alone, but instead, focus on building a slimmer body and healthy muscles.
