Hi there,

The red edition (EXA-2) and green tea pads (CC) are highly recommended for relieving symptoms associated with Rheumatoid Arthritis, such as tissue and joints inflammation.

Please use the pads on both feet at least once per day before bed (anytime during remission and relapse period).
